38. Could this be a real estate deal for Johnny?....maybe, to rent it out to others?...He already owns homes/property around the world...it is true though he owns an estate in Beverly Hills. Also, it is true when Johnny comes into Los Angeles and the nearby surrounding area, the media always reports Johnny stays at hotels like the "Beverly Hilton Hotel "in Beverly Hills....etc. So, then, the question is, why doesn't he stay at his gorgeous Beverly Hills mansion?...renting that out, too? or, maybe, his siblings/mother live there? ....so the "Eastern Columbia Building "penthouse, maybe, is just another real estate investment action??? He would live there while some of his other estates are worth millions of dollars more in more secluded areas?

43. No, please NO! Downtown Los Angeles is a DUMP!! Why would anyone pay $2 Million dollars to live on 'Skid Row' with the druggies, mentally ill, and homeless criminals that live on the streets of that filthy area?! The worthless Mayor is too busy having an affair with an NBC/ Telemundo reporter to care about cleaning up the disgusting streets around that building- major disappointment .
